What holds an institution as diverse as a university together at its core?

Challenge
A university is a sprawling, decades-old organism with a wide range of stakeholders: faculty, students, administrative staff, musicians, and designers. Amid this diversity, one central question emerged: What truly unites us at our core?

Idea 
Through an open and creative dialogue, the university explored the values that define, challenge, and shape its identity. Across various locations and formats, participants came together as equals to uncover and articulate what connects them.

Implementation
Over nine months, four dedicated events were held to bring the diversity of the University into conversation. The processes embraced the university’s artistic expressions—performances, texts, visuals—and incorporated the diverse perspectives of its community. The result was a vibrant exchange that strengthened connections and made shared values visible.
