Through the “Invented Here Syndrome” process, a co-creative participation format emerged, enabling change to grow organically from within the organization. A structured train-the-trainer program empowered internal pioneers to lead the transformation themselves, organizing offsites and guiding their teams through the change. This anchored cultural development directly in everyday work, ensuring long-term sustainability.
