Home of Values
How do you bring values and culture to life in a global organization?
Making organizational values tangible
An international organization with over 80 markets and 28 locations faced a critical challenge: How can deeply ingrained values be passed on to new colleagues and made tangible within a growing workforce?
The Challenge
In a global, fast-moving environment, core values risk becoming diluted. The task was to make the organization’s culture vibrant and accessible for both new and long-term employees.
The Solution
The “Home of Values” initiative made organizational culture an experience through a series of unique events. Four three-day conferences provided a space to not only share central values but also evolve them together.
Key components included:
• Developing an interactive conference format that combined internal culture sharing with experiential and co-creative elements.
• Translating the company’s culture into a journey that made its values and identity tangible for all employees.
• Designing a four-year, ever-evolving exhibition supported by events and workshops, inviting teams to actively shape their culture.
These formats made the company’s values an immersive experience, creating a sense of identification and embedding them deeply in the organization – for both new and long-time employees.
The Impact
The organization gained a powerful tool to keep its culture alive and thriving, fostering a sense of community that resonates worldwide.
